This site is operated by Sailors Entertainment ("we," "us"). Rustin Cole Music is a brand of Sailors Entertainment. Questions about this policy: rustincolesailors@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Email list: your email address, your first name if you give it, and whether you ticked "I plan events."
- Booking inquiries: your name, email, event date, city or venue, type of event, expected guests, package and music choices, budget range, how you heard about Rustin, and anything you write in the message.
- 2027 jewelry waitlist: your email address.
- Site visits: anonymous, cookie-free visit counts (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
To send the emails you signed up for, reply to booking inquiries, let waitlist members know when the jewelry line opens, and understand which pages people visit. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Tally (booking inquiry form), FormSubmit (delivers email signups and waitlist entries to our inbox), and, as our list grows, an email service provider that sends our newsletters. Purchases made on Bandcamp are covered by Bandcamp's own privacy policy. We may share information if the law requires it.
Third-party tracking
We do not allow advertising networks or other third parties to track you across sites through this site. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandcamp and social media take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Do Not Track
Our analytics do not use cookies or track you across sites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in every email, or by emailing us. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email rustincolesailors@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell email subscribers.
